      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage full cycle recruitment efforts, including posting job requisitions and scheduling interviews
      - Review applicant information to assess suitability for employment and provide recommendations
      - Collect necessary documentation from applicants, such as identification and certifications
      - Assist in the orientation of new employees and manage clerical aspects of employment
      - Act as a liaison for pre-employment processes and coordinate recruitment efforts with managers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of three years experience in recruitment and selection processes
      - Knowledge of employment laws and personnel policies and procedures
      - Effective oral and written communication skills, with a commitment to confidentiality
      - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally iCIMS, and heavy scheduling in Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the Workday system
      - Experience working with teams across multiple locations
      - Knowledge of business office operations and clerical tasks
