What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process including posting job openings and coordinating interviews
- Evaluate applicant information to determine suitability for employment and advance candidates through the hiring pipeline
- Collect necessary documentation from applicants, including identification and certifications
- Assist with new employee orientation and clerical aspects of the hiring process
- Liaise with various agencies and coordinate recruitment efforts with management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment and selection processes
- Knowledge of employment laws and personnel policies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) applications, preferably iCIMS
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the Workday system
- Experience working with teams located in multiple regions
- Knowledge of business office operations and clerical tasks
