What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full cycle recruitment efforts, including posting job requisitions and coordinating interviews
- Review applicant information to assess suitability for employment and provide recommendations
- Collect necessary documentation from applicants, including identification and certifications
- Assist in the orientation process for new employees and manage related clerical tasks
- Act as a liaison for pre-employment and new hire processes with GMR People Services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment/selection and employment law application
- Knowledge of personnel policies and procedures, as well as federal and state employment laws
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing while maintaining confidentiality
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally iCIMS, and heavy scheduling within Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the Workday system
- Experience working with teams across multiple locations
- Knowledge of business office operations and clerical procedures
