      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead end-to-end interview scheduling across business and technical teams, managing logistics with speed and accuracy
      - Act as the point of contact during virtual on-site interviews, resolving scheduling or technical issues in real-time
      - Maintain accurate recruiting data in systems such as Greenhouse and Workday, including scorecards and stage movements
      - Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
      - Support onboarding logistics and contribute to team projects aimed at enhancing the hiring experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or a similar role
      - Proficiency in Greenhouse, Workday, Gem, G Suite, and Slack
      - Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail
      - Ability to build and interpret recruiting reports to surface operational insights
      - Strong communication skills, capable of thriving in fast-paced environments

      - Familiarity with analyzing candidate experience scores and time-to-fill metrics
      - Ability to develop documentation and training resources for operational consistency
