      We're hiring a recruiting specialist! our office is located IN SOUTH DENVER (I-25 & COLORADO BLVD). tHIS INDIVIDUAL WILL BE high energy and MOTIVATED TO ASSIST OUR FIELD HIRING MANAGERS with THEIR JOB OPENINGS.

      3 DAYS IN OFFICE / 2 DAYS REMOTE

      POSITION Summary:

      Support recruiting efforts to fill high-volume, critical positions across all regions in the organization. Drive strategic recruiting activities to pipeline and attract top talent for multiple facilities, ensuring that positions are filled quickly with high quality individuals. Develop a strong partnership with the hiring managers and factory leaders. Create a positive candidate experience when interacting, coordinating with candidates by delivering exceptional customer service. Assists the factory leadership with filling position vacancies through the creation and placement of job postings and advertisements, appropriate sourcing methods, screening techniques and candidate interviews. The Recruitment Specialist has an overall understanding of the recruitment & selection process. This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals.

      Essential FUNCTIONS:

      The essential functions for this position include but are not strictly limited to:

      • Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for factory hiring managers and their businesses in multiple states by proactively reaching out, offering recruiting services, and providing guidance
      • Provide assistance to factories in designing a tailored recruiting approach to achieve demand including prescreening of factory store positions
      • Leverage recruiting expertise to influence hiring managers on the direction or operation of recruitment activities, programs
      • Attract and recruit top talent to support our staffing efforts across a given region within the organization
      • Operate with a sense of urgency to manage high volume recruiting activities with a strong attention to detail to ensure both a consistent and timely candidate experience
      • Pipeline talent and drive proactive recruitment strategies to anticipate future openings
      • Source candidates using web-based recruiting methods and social media such as LinkedIn, Indeed.com, as well as traditional means of referrals, networking, job fairs, etc
      • Communicate with applicants and execute prescreening questions to ensure fit and qualification match based on work history, training, education, job skills, etc.
      • Partner with factory managers to form/maintain candidate evaluations and to make hiring recommendations
      • Utilize an applicant tracking system to accurately track open positions and recruiting progress
      • Provide leadership and counsel to hiring manager, including the training and usage of ATS system and other applications associated with interviewing and hiring processes.
      • Create and maintain all job postings using ATS
      • Create job offer letters and submit for approval and signature
      • Schedule/reschedule interviews as needed and requested by the factory locations
      • Performing all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Tuff Shed management

      EDUCATION:

      • High school diploma or equivalent
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field or requisite experience preferred

      SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

      • 1-2 years of full-time recruiting experience preferred
      • Hands-on computer skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS and ATS Internet applications required
      • Ability to solve problems using sound logic and good business judgment
      • Ability to use arithmetic, mathematical, accounting and financial tools
      • Ability to read, write and understand instructions given orally, in writing and/or in diagram form
      • Ability to prepare written correspondence and reports that create a professional image for Tuff Shed
      • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, including customers, business partners, suppliers, co-workers, managers, and the general public
