      Under the direction of the Director, Staffing Delivery, the Market Talent Lead is responsible for leading a team of Recruiters and Talent Specialists through high volume sourcing, recruitment, onboarding and reassignment across designated geographic regions. This position drives innovation through new and creative sourcing techniques, cutting-edge interviewing and selection practices, effective onboarding and talent engagement strategies.

      Team Description:

      GMR’s Talent Team attracts, develops, advises and retains global talent across all locations and employment statuses. This extends through all aspects of the employee experience to make GMR Marketing, THE Best Place to Work. The Market Talent Team will own the talent needed to successfully activate a program within their market(s). The team is comprised of a Lead, Recruiter(s) and Talent Specialist(s) who collaborate to deliver exceptional hiring results and an amazing candidate experience.

      YOUR IMPACT //

      Lead the team

      · Commit to regular one-on-one meetings, evolving priority setting and real-time coaching to develop and retain top talent.

      · Coach for results and regularly recommend Real-Time Rewards which match employee contribution.

      · Develop talent to grow strong recruiters and future leads.

      · Focus on goal setting, project management, work allocation, daily escalation support, and on-going employee development

      Drive results

      · Source and recruit talent for designated market while leading and coaching a team to become talent consultants and effective recruiters.

      · Use innovative and strategic thought to evaluate, recommend and improve all components of the talent acquisition, onboarding and rehire process.

      · Set the tone for field employee retention by creating an amazing candidate experience.

      · Advance candidate sourcing, pipelining, and closing skills across the team.

      · Seek opportunities to improve the new hire onboarding process.

      · Identify opportunities and processes to rehire the market’s top talent.

      · Own the candidate experience particularly around recruiting and onboarding.

      · Assist and support recruitment and onboarding initiatives as required.

      Partner with customers

      · Proactively build positive and productive relationships with all internal and external customers while delivering the highest levels of customer service.

      · Work directly with Client Relationship Managers to scope jobs, understand program needs, define successful outcomes and develop expectations.

      · Coach and develop the recruiting team to do the same.

      · Seek to overcommunicate with customers recognizing the diverse nature of our staffing business and the unique needs of each customer.

      · Strive to develop win/win solutions which satisfy the customers’ needs while delivering strong profitability.

      · Create new templates and tools to update customers on progress and performance metrics.

      Collaborate with all areas of Talent.

      · Require an agency-first approach to business decisions while working with all areas of the Talent team.

      · Promote the concept that great ideas can come from anywhere and the best ideas come through strong collaboration.

      · Partner with the Client Relationship Partners and the Staffing Project Manager to identity, chase and win new business opportunities, gain full line of sight to programs coming into the market.

      · Take a lead role across the Talent team to promote collaboration, communication and team work.

      WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR //

      · The ability to build and lead a recruiting team to produce great work

      · Extensive experience finding, attracting, closing and hiring talent

      · Capable of working on a huge scale while having an attention to detail

      · Exceptional communication skills

      · The ability to work under pressure, with short deadlines and sometimes moving targets

      · Strong analytical, collaboration, project management, and problem-solving skills

      · Desire to uncover new and advanced recruitment techniques to keep pushing the boundaries of talent acquisition

      · Experience recruiting for a variety of different industries
