What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enhance and promote the employer brand through strategic messaging and content creation
- Develop unique value propositions for partner locations in alignment with recruitment goals
- Create personalized outreach content, including call scripts and emails, to engage candidates
- Conduct market research to analyze competitor branding efforts and identify industry trends
- Collaborate with external vendors to produce branding and campaign materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, employer branding, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and design tools such as Canva
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
