      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct penetration testing and Red Team assessments to simulate real-world threat actors
      - Develop custom exploits, tooling, and infrastructure to evade defensive controls
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to scope engagements and provide thorough briefings after assessments
      - Contribute to the development and improvement of security policies, standards, and guidelines
      - Mentor less experienced team members on penetration tactics and techniques

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8-10 years of relevant experience in penetration testing and offensive security assessments
      - One or more technical certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, or similar
      - Experience with one or more Object-Oriented programming languages (C/C++, C#, Go, etc.)
      - Working knowledge of one or more scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, BASH, etc.)
      - Experience creating custom tools and modifying existing tools for security purposes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies related to offensive security testing
      - Advanced usage of Cobalt Strike or similar command and control frameworks
      - Experience bypassing modern defensive controls such as EDRs and network defenses
      - Strong leadership and communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse teams
