      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist participants in the Reentry and Transition Employment Opportunity Program to develop soft skills and gain job experience
      - Provide intensive case management and support to help participants achieve their social and vocational goals
      - Design and facilitate educational programs addressing life skills, financial management, and career development
      - Conduct needs assessments and create Individual Service Plans for each participant
      - Maintain compliance with client privacy rights and HIPAA requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in public service or social services
      - Equivalent of four years in high school, plus specialized training equal to two years of college
      - Valid Driver's License and cleared background check
      - Strong written and oral communication skills
      - Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including justice-involved individuals and veterans

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
      - Knowledge of the criminal justice system or experience working with ex-prisoners
      - Familiarity with veteran support services
      - Experience in crisis intervention and developing responsible behaviors
      - Good organizational and time management skills
