      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and respond to incoming referral and authorization requests
      - Work with insurance companies to secure prior approvals via portal or phone
      - Gather and submit required documentation and medical records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Experience in processing insurance authorizations and referrals

      - Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and internal procedures
      - Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize based on urgency
