      Employer is seeking a Customer Service Professional I to join our team. As part of our company's growth, this role offers the opportunity to provide excellent customer service in the FEP Customer Service department. Join us and be the primary contact between Employer and our consumers.

      Responsibilities include:

      - Informing, educating, and assisting members, providers, and other healthcare professionals on benefits, claims, and eligibility.
      - Communicating with various stakeholders through oral, written, and online channels.
      - Assessing and promptly resolving inquiries and requirements.
      - Explaining benefits, eligibility rules, and claims procedures.
      - Prioritizing and documenting member and provider inquiries and actions.

      Requirements:

      - Proficient PC skills.
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and coding preferred.
      - Strong customer-service skills.
      - Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgment.
      - Ability to learn and interpret new information effectively.
      - Ability to work under pressure and respond with tact and diplomacy.
      - Ability to work in a team environment.
      - Discretion in handling critical and confidential matters.
      - Initiative in researching and resolving benefit and eligibility issues.

      Work Environment:

      - May require overtime or work outside normal hours.
      - Call center hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-6:00pm PDT.

      Compensation and Benefits:

      - Starting pay range $16.20 - $20.10/hour, depending on location and experience.
      - Annual incentive payment target of 5%.
