What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent the employer to diverse audiences in high schools and at college fairs, with expected travel
- Conduct information sessions and interviews to convey the value of an education at the employer
- Maintain relationships with secondary school counselors and correspond with prospective students and families
- Organize virtual admission activities, including information sessions, interviews, and campus tours
- Manage the evaluation and selection of students seeking admission from an assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in undergraduate admission or other sectors of higher education
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong initiative, management, and leadership skills
- Exceptional written, oral, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with admission software programs (Slate preferred)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and flexible, with a willingness to travel for events
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
