      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute business development strategies and marketing plans to meet or exceed business objectives
      - Analyze market reports to ensure quarterly and annual objectives are met
      - Develop an understanding of assigned geography and customers, including care delivery and public policy
      - Identify opportunities and barriers within emerging customer segments to ensure company success
      - Assist in developing systems of care for stakeholders involved in criminal justice initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required; advanced business degree is a plus
      - Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical experience, with at least 5 years in sales or field market access
      - Proven performance in specialty pharmacy markets, evidenced by market reports and recognition awards
      - Experience with complex customer protocol navigation and contracting in integrated health systems
      - Valid driver's license in good standing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling specialty products, particularly physician-administered products like injectable medications
      - Entrepreneurial attitude or experience in a start-up environment
      - Demonstrated passion for improving addiction and mental health patient care
      - Ability to work autonomously to identify new business opportunities
      - Strong negotiation and contracting skills
