What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with company objectives
- Establish and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify target markets and lead go-to-market initiatives
- Actively network within the healthcare tech industry to win new business
- Analyze markets and build business plans for expansion and development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record as a Sales Manager or in a similar commercial role in an international product or software company
- Strong background in CRM solutions and/or healthcare software markets
- Demonstrated co-selling experience via AWS Marketplace or other B2B platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English and either Ukrainian or Russian
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience co-selling through the AWS Marketplace or similar B2B platforms
- Familiarity with healthcare technology trends and market dynamics
- Established network within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors
