      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales of mutual funds, separately managed accounts, exchange-traded funds, and money funds at broker-dealers and RIAs
      - Collaborate with Regional Directors and Sales Management to provide insights on industry trends and market demands
      - Achieve top-tier market share at territory level and focus firms
      - Identify and cultivate relationships with key centers of influence and financial advisors
      - Strategize to penetrate new markets and deepen existing relationships while maximizing sales opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
      - Proven track record of exceeding established performance goals
      - Knowledge of industry-specific needs and opportunities for wealth and investment management
      - FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66) licenses
      - Integrity and the personal presence to represent the employer with enthusiasm and distinction

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
      - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Strong presentation and facilitation skills
      - Willingness to travel 80% of the time
      - Professional designations such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) are preferred
