What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare customer sales quotes and agreements, ensuring compliance with company guidelines
- Conduct contract negotiation and administration activities in accordance with legal and customer specifications
- Maintain accurate customer files and manage data in Salesforce.com and other databases
- Collaborate with sales teams to manage quarterly sales funnel and address customer-related issues
- Participate in product planning meetings to review orders, inventory, and installation statuses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of experience in Contracts or Pricing, or
- Associate's Degree with 2+ years of experience in Contracts or Pricing, or
- Baccalaureate Degree with 1+ year of experience in Contracts or Pricing
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize daily work demands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
