      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise coding, data abstraction, and associated coding activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness
      - Manage workflow related to coding and abstracting, ensuring productivity standards are met
      - Provide direction for coding activities to achieve unbilled targets at all hospitals in the region
      - Support the coding quality improvement process both regionally and at the corporate level
      - Prepare various reports and records as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Comprehensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS coding classification systems
      - Minimum of 5 years of coding experience
      - Associate degree in a Health Information Management (HIM) related field
      - RHIT Certification
      - Strong analytical and interpersonal skills for effective communication across various departments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing large teams and driving process improvement in a complex healthcare organization
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a HIM related field
      - RHIA Certification
      - 2+ years of leadership experience
