      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and manage a team of Credit Representatives and Lead Credit Representatives
      - Act as a subject matter expert on credit and company payment policies and procedures
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to achieve Credit departmental goals
      - Generate reports and maintain accurate credit and collection files
      - Assess credit risk and manage credit limits for accounts in your portfolio

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of minimum supervisory experience
      - Experience working with collections software
      - Proficiency with online payments platforms, such as Bill Trust
      - Experience with ERP systems
      - Familiarity with Cforia and Infor SXE is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Cforia software
      - Background in managing collections for multi-family, student housing, or commercial accounts
      - Strong analytical skills for credit risk assessment
      - Proven track record in process improvement initiatives
      - Excellent communication and leadership skills
