What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain successful relationships with assigned clinics to achieve customer and company goals
- Identify and address clinic pain points, improving overall customer experience with diagnostic products
- Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for veterinary clinics, research labs, and academic settings
- Deliver training and guidance to clinics on product usage and increasing productivity
- Complete detailed reports and documentation after customer visits, analyzing satisfaction and feedback

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree from a Veterinary Technology Program or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years working in a Veterinary hospital
- Preferably a Credentialed Veterinary Technician
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe
- Knowledge of animal disease states and diagnostic products
- Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills
- Availability and willingness to travel up to 80% of the work week

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a clinical setting
- Bilingual in Spanish or French
- Familiarity with clinic processes and instrumentation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
