What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet financial goals
- Deliver weekly sales activity reports and monthly sales expense reports
- Boost revenue through strategic outbound sales efforts
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on sales performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with required experience in major hotel chains
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional hospitality certifications are a plus
- Experience working with Hilton, Choice, Wyndham, or IHG
- Strong track record in lead generation and closing deals
- Comfort with extensive screen time and active participation in phone and video communications
