- Own Regional Financial Performance: Lead a $50M+ region with full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and disciplined cost control across five existing Branch locations while launching 2–3 new markets over the next 12 months.
- Drive Regional Results: Oversee all aspects of branch operations within your region, ensuring each location meets revenue, gross profit, and EBITDA targets.
- Lead & Develop Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor Branch Managers to lead high-performing local teams focused on execution and growth.
- Launch & Turnaround Branches: Lead new market launches and guide turnaround efforts for underperforming branches.
- Manage P&L: Own full regional P&L responsibility and manage resource planning to support current operations and future growth.
- Enable Sales Execution: Deploy our full suite of Make-Ready, Repair & Maintenance, and CapEx services in partnership with local teams to meet client needs and revenue goals.
- Deliver Business Reviews: Prepare and present operational and financial performance updates on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Elevate the Client Experience: Champion service consistency, retention, and satisfaction through site visits, quality checks, and proactive communication.
- Operational Excellence: Implement KPIs, streamline processes, and drive adoption of companywide systems and initiatives.
- Promote a Safety Culture: Reinforce safety standards and protocols at every branch location.
- Support Change & Growth: Champion regional readiness for new initiatives and operational transformation.
- Experience: 10+ years in regional operations with multi-location oversight and full P&L accountability.
- Proven Multi-Branch Leadership: Demonstrated success leading a multi-location region with full P&L ownership, driving performance, accountability, and operational excellence across all Branches.
- Leadership: Proven success launching and turning around Branch operations in high-growth, service-based industries.
- Industry Background: Experience in multi-family services, specifically make-ready, repair & maintenance, or CapEx, is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Execution-Focused: Strong background in KPI management, forecasting, and cross-functional leadership.
- People Builder: Track record of hiring, coaching, and retaining high-performing branch-level talent.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead across levels and functions.
- Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Must be able to walk properties, navigate stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Work may involve exposure to outdoor environments in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a results-driven Regional Director to lead our Eastern operations with a sharp focus on profitability, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this hands-on leader will oversee multiple branches across Florida, Texas, Georgia, and Tennessee, starting with immediate stabilization and growth in the Florida market.
If you excel in scaling teams, turning around underperforming branches, and driving revenue across multi-family services, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the success of a growing business unit.
Compensation & Work Environment Details:
Location: Florida
Competitive Starting Salary from: $120,000+
Bonus Target: 20% of annual salary, paid quarterly

The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, experience, and skill set. As such, it may fall outside the range listed above.
