      Job Description

      The Area Director of Sales will work in a team environment with the Regional Director of Operations, The Regional Health and Wellness Director, Community Teams, and the Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing. Other relationships will include our third-party Marketing Agency.

      Key areas of focus will include:

      • The implementation of all strategic sales activity and marketing plan development.

      • Driving the competitive analysis process and ensuring accuracy and key knowledge of local competition and industry changes.

      • Strategic goals for each community based on their budgeted occupancy needs.

      • The ability to learn and teach the CRM system Alis. Overall responsibility for the Sales information and input into Alis.

      • A willingness to directly participate in the sales duties at any community to help drive the sales process when needed.

      • Ongoing assessment of local markets and industry trends.

      • The ability to accurately forecast occupancy.

      • The knowledge of reading and understanding community financials, so revenue goals can be accurately set.

      Qualifications:

      • 5 years of Sales and Marketing experience in a Senior Living leadership role with multi[1]site experience.

      • Bachelor’s Degree

      • Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

      • Ability to travel 50% of the time within the Region and CSC home office.

      • Ability to take an additional responsibility and job duties as needed.

      • Has a proven track record in Sales and Marketing.

      • Willingness to collaborate with the Regional Team, Community Teams, Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing and the Community Support Center.

      • Experience with acquisitions and turn-around communities.

      • A working knowledge of computers to include the ability to use Microsoft Office products effectively. Additionally, the qualified candidate will have a proficiency working with CRM’S.

      • This position requires the ability to work well under stress, and complete assignments accurately and timely as well as, the ability to be flexible.

      • Qualified candidates will be required to possess a high degree of initiative and creativity good judgment, and professional ethics
