      Regional Director of Sales Learning & Development

      Who We Are

      Select Medical is a national healthcare organization that provides inpatient, specialty hospital care and outpatient physical therapy to tens of thousands of patients, each year.

      The Director of Sales Learning and Development will lead sales training for our inpatient, business development teams across the United States. The successful candidate will design and deliver a coordinated sales curriculum meant to engage and inspire Select’s field marketing teams. This role will also oversee a small region of specialty hospitals to assist promoting best practices among the business development teams.

      Responsibilities

      A Day in the Life

      The Regional Director of Sales and Learning will create a sales training curriculum and travel extensively to deliver training to new and existing, hospital, business development staff.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Create, maintain, and deliver sales training
      • Maximize the use and efficiency of current sales platform
      • Serve as Regional DBD for a small group of hospitals
      • Create and enforce an accountability model that allows for measurement of training impact and long term sustainability

      Qualifications

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred
      • 5 years of healthcare sales experience
      • Experience creating a comprehensive sales training curriculum
      • Experience maximizing sales platform functionality to meet the business plan
      • Regional level sales management in a hospital environment
      • Ability to travel 3-4 days per week to deliver training to hospital teams throughout the United States.
