      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify hazardous conditions and practices, partnering with stakeholders to reduce risks
      - Develop and enforce plans to eliminate hazards and conduct training on health and safety practices
      - Inspect and test machinery and equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations
      - Analyze data and prepare reports for health and safety metrics
      - Support and manage case management of occupational injuries and report on program status

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety Management or similar field
      - Completion of OSHA 30-hour Contractor Safety Course and/or OSHA 30-hour General Industry Safety Course
      - Minimum of three years’ experience in industrial maintenance, distribution, manufacturing, or construction fields
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
      - Must maintain a consistent and good attendance record in accordance with company policy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in safety training and education programs
      - Ability to facilitate new employee health and safety orientations
      - Experience in preparing and calibrating scientific equipment for safety measurements
      - Familiarity with safety audits and compliance inspections
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with workers and management
