What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide accurate and timely financial information and analyses to local, regional, and executive leadership
- Review financial submissions for accuracy and completeness, ensuring timely finalization
- Perform financial functions including evaluating, auditing, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control analyses
- Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures
- Complete ad hoc financial analyses as requested

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in accounting and reporting, with an emphasis on process setting and internal controls
- Must be fluent in Spanish, both orally and in writing
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment and/or a global and multi-cultural organization is required
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as an internal or external auditor
- Familiarity with Cost Accounting and knowledge of Mexican/Brazilian accounting standards and taxation
- Prior experience with SAP BPC and Infor Visual Manufacturing
- Strong accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis skills
- Demonstrated commitment to personal professional development and lifelong learning
