What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for the Attorney on foreclosure-related matters
- Review and maintain oversight of past due and approaching timelines for FNMA, GNMA, FHA, VA, USDA, and Private Investors
- Provide training and guidance to the Attorney Network to ensure compliance with policies
- Conduct working sessions and conference calls to monitor file statuses and resolve issues
- Perform internal QC audit responses and ensure compliance with investor, insurer, and regulatory requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or one to two years of related experience and/or training
- Over 7 years of working knowledge of foreclosure laws and terminology
- Proficiency in software such as Fiserv/Loanserv, Tempo, Microsoft Word/Excel, and LPS Desktop
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents and government regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage diverse tasks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with RESPA, FDCPA, and federal and state laws related to legal
- Familiarity with database management and maintaining accurate records
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult relationships
- Experience in conducting training sessions or mentoring staff
- Previous exposure to mortgage banking processes
