What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development and execution of regional growth marketing initiatives to meet sales goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling RFP responses tailored to prospect needs
- Maintain and update the RFP platform and library of responses for efficient proposal development
- Lead the creation of persuasive finalist PowerPoint presentations in partnership with sales teams
- Plan and support regional growth events, including pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in professional services or Insurance/Financial Services
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva; expert in PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar Marketing Automation tool) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar CRM)
- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously

- Familiarity with paid media execution and optimization (Google/LinkedIn)
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
