- Strategic Partnership & Workforce Planning
Align HR strategy with business objectives; lead workforce planning for hourly and salaried roles, succession planning, and talent pipeline development. - Change Leadership, Communications and Project Leadership
Act as a change leader during organizational initiatives, driving adoption and cultural transformation. Deliver clear, consistent multi-site communications for HR programs, engagement initiatives, and policy changes. Lead complex or multiple simultaneous HR and business-related projects to successful completion, demonstrating agility to pivot and reprioritize based on changing business needs while maintaining timelines and quality outcomes. - Capability Development & Operational Oversight
Coach and elevate HR team performance by identifying skill gaps and implementing targeted development plans. Oversee HR execution across sites, ensuring compliance, employee relations resolution, recruitment effectiveness, and continuous improvement. - Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making
Leverage HR analytics and predictive modeling to identify workforce trends, guide decisions, and inform strategies. Translate insights into actionable plans for staffing and talent optimization. Partner with leaders to set goals, track progress, and promote evidence-based decision-making. - Reports to: Senior Director, Business Partnerships.
- Partners with: Category Leaders (Operations).
- Oversees: Plant HR Managers and their teams at approximately 3-4 sites.
- Bachelors Degree required. MBA strongly preferred.
- 8+ years HR experience with multi-site responsibility.
- Understands the changing and dynamic workforce landscape in North American manufacturing.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% domestically.
- Must be willing to work outside of business hours to support all shifts as needed for engagement and leadership visibility.

This role integrates people strategy with business objectives and translates strategic insights into actionable programs that drive measurable improvements in productivity, retention, and engagement. The position requires comprehensive business acumen—including operational and financial understanding—an ownership mindset, and the ability to influence senior leaders while delivering results that position HR as a core business function.
