      Job Description

      WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

      The Sr Inside Sales Representative is an individual contributor accountable for achieving their individual revenue goal based on their assigned account list. This role is also responsible for the execution of the inside sales team strategies communicated by Inside Sales leader. This role will report to the Inside Sales leader and will collaborate with the Lead Gen, CTMs and Account Advocates.

      Responsibilities:

      • Qualifies, pursues, and closes opportunities for Commercial customers from the following sources:
      • Proactive outreach to high-potential accounts
      • Inbound requests from current Commercial Customers
      • Sale to qualified leads from Inside Lead Gen team
      • Develops strategy for list of customers, seeking to revitalize dormant relationships/accounts and uncover accounts with significant upside potential
      • Leverages overlay product specialists as needed to unlock expansion opportunities
      • Monitors customer market spend and relationship with Lennox, identifying high-potential accounts for promotion to District segment
      • Coordinates with Territory Manager to ensure smooth handoff of customers graduating from Inside to Field coverage

      Qualifications

      WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

      Experience:

      • Minimum 5+ years of inside sales experience

      Education:

      • Bachelors degree (Business or Sales/Marketing) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

      Skills:

      • Has basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office
      • Experience with CRM tools
      • Experience with tools leveraged by Lennox team a plus (C4C, Qlik, SAP, FPX, HubSpot, etc)
      • Knowledge of principles and methods of showing, promoting and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and sales techniques and CRM systems management
      • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
      • Advanced presentation skills
      • Strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.

      Lennox offers employees a variety of flexible work options. This position is a hybrid role that works Monday through Thursday in the office with the option to work Friday remotely.

      Compensation:

      This position includes a base salary, commission, and incentive plan. The compensation range for this role is 65% base salary plus 35% commission and additional incentives with an uncapped commission structure. Compensation is based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education.
