- Management of the security regime for Philippines.
- Manage the operational budgets related to security services and programs for the Philippines.
- Conduct and maintain physical security risk assessments for the office portfolio, conduct security risk assessments for the current and new office locations, employee travel and events as required.
- Incident response and investigation.
- Ensure effective implementation of the Crises Management Program. Core member of the local Crisis Management Team.
- Project Management Team member for new office builds, conversions and restructuring in respect of security design and operations.
- Develop and implement business plans to ensure continued optimal performance and excellent customer service throughout the Philippines.
- Manage partner/vendor relations. Provide leadership to the Security Operations Teams.
- Work in close liaison with the Global Security Operations Centers (GSOC), Security System, Access Technology Group, Risk & Investigations, Events Security, Crisis Management and Executive Protection Teams.
- Liaison with internal Oracle partners to achieve objectives, develop new programs and leverage resources for program and service delivery.
- Liaison with external industry resources (e.g., Government Agencies and/or Authorities, i.e., law enforcement, military, emergency responders, industry peers & associations, etc.).
- Support the Director of JAPAC as required.
- Must have a minimum of 7 years security industry experience, combined with a minimum of 5 years of management and leadership experience.
- Must be a Self-starter, capable to work independently and in a Team environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of industry specific legislation and compliance requirements.
- Extensive experience in either law enforcement, military, or other safety & security programs to support knowledge and competencies described above.
- Proficient with all basic Microsoft computer software programs and communications techniques.
- Ability to communicate and articulate with a high level of proficiency in both the written and verbal format.
- Primarily Philippines in nature, with area and country deployed security resources (where applicable) reporting directly to this position.
- This is a management level position with a high degree of responsibility and strategic impact on the business function.
- Decision impact is high, and the degree of supervision is remote and minimal.
- This position will develop strategy to lead the Security Teams/Operations/Resources, and to achieve successful outcome/performance.
- Conduct business needs analysis and identify programs & services required to meet those needs. The successful candidate will provide education and professional development guidance to teams, clients and other resources as required.
- Some travels [10%] may be required within the JAPAC region.
- Positive attitude, effective communications, and customer service relationship skills.
- Must be able to perform the full range of very strategic business planning objectives, to very tactical processes, procedures, and business analytics capabilities.
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent required.
- Industry certifications are preferred.
