      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and generate profitable sales through the creation and execution of strategic sales plans
      - Structure sales territories based on existing and potential market opportunities
      - Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback and development opportunities to employees
      - Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, including conducting business reviews with major clients
      - Monitor budget, forecast product categories, and manage sales promotions within the region

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
      - Experience working in analytics-based sales organizations
      - Proficiency in CRM, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Solid knowledge of Customer Focused Sales (CFS) and technical abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the construction equipment industry
      - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to challenges
      - Proven track record of building and developing relationships in a sales context
      - Familiarity with HCP business processes and market conditions
