      *Starting base salary from $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 annually plus additional incentives*

      • The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a performance bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Pay is based on location, experience, and qualifications etc.

      Key Responsibilities

      Brand Systems & Channel Optimization

      • Act as the primary resource for all branded marketing systems (e.g., Marriott Global Source, Hilton Lobby, IHG Concerto, etc.).
      • Conduct thorough, recurring audits of Brand.com and Third-Party (OTA) channels to ensure content accuracy, SEO health, and conversion optimization.
      • Identify and activate high-value merchandising opportunities within each brand’s ecosystem to maximize property visibility.
      • Audit and manage the lifecycle of photography and visual assets, ensuring all properties meet or exceed brand-specific standards.

      Revenue & Strategy Leadership

      • Support the paid media strategy for your portfolio, ensuring ad spend is optimized across direct channels and OTAs to drive optimal revenue and ROAS.
      • Partner with Sales and Revenue Management counterparts to align marketing tactics with occupancy gaps and RevPAR targets.
      • Use data-driven insights to identify underperforming channels and implement recovery strategies.

      Collaboration & Execution

      • Work in lockstep with corporate marketing teammates to integrate portfolio-wide initiatives with property-specific needs.
      • Review monthly/quarterly performance reportsto determine actionable opportunities to grow revenue.
      • Consult with GMs to develop and manage property marketing budgets, ensuring every dollar is allocated to high-impact activities.

      The Ideal Candidate

      • Brand Veteran: You have 3–5 years of Field Marketing or Digital Marketing experience specifically within the Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, or Wyndham ecosystems.
      • Technical Specialist: You don’t just "use" brand tools; you understand how they influence the algorithm. You are comfortable navigating the backends of various brand systems.
      • Analytical Thinker: You can look at reporting and immediately investigate the "why" behind the numbers.
      • Communicator: You are a master at "translating" marketing data; you can explain ROAS to a General Manager and brand compliance to a corporate stakeholder with clarity.

      Qualifications

      • Education: BS/BA in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
      • Experience: Proven track record in hospitality digital marketing with a focus on Select Service brands.
      • Technical Proficiencies: Deep familiarity with Marriott Digital Services (MDS), Hilton’s Amplify program, or IHG’s marketing toolkits is a plus.
      • Travel: Ability to travel to properties within the region as needed.
