What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of IKC RNs & IKC Care Coordinators managing CKD and ESKD patients
- Build and maintain effective communications between market partners to support patient outcomes
- Prioritize patient visits to improve health outcomes and reduce hospitalizations
- Provide clinical support and oversight to IKC Registered Nurses
- Manage all teammate employment/HR activities and regional budget effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in clinical nursing highly preferred
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience leading and managing teams
- Experience in co-morbid, chronic disease, nephrology exp., value-based care preferred
- Strong communication skills on medical management, operational, and business-related issues
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
