What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and lead a team of Registered Nurses (RNs) to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with partnering physicians to ensure seamless patient care
- Work alongside nurse educators to develop and implement RN workflows
- Create and establish best practices for patient and metric-driven success
- Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical management experience in a healthcare setting
- Preferred RN license in the state of practice with no disciplinary actions from the Board of Nursing
- Experience in managing large physician groups is preferred
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
