      POSITION SUMMARY:

      The Regional Operations Manager reports to the Field Service Director West and is responsible to lead the Field Service Team (Technical Specialists), ensuring proper delivery of value proposition mainly in the Hospitality, Food Service business and accounts of other sectors as Retail, Healthcare, Education, Government, and Building Service Contractors (BSC).

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Implement a service model in the US to deliver the expected cleaning program/Value proposal, service level agreement and satisfaction levels to key-accounts and large strategic accounts and regional accounts.

      • Manage regional service operations, 12-15 headcounts.

      • Manage route density and efficiency deploying continuous improvement.

      • Manage regional 3rd party service & installation vendors.

      • Support sector organization in development X-Selling of local accounts and independent chains.

      • Develop a sense of urgency and best time response to service requests.

      • Time Management and project management in roll outs.

      • Planning and execution to deliver high level of compliance in our contracts (SLA)

      • Excellent communication with customers.

      • Support field activities, Preventative Maintenance Service Calls and Installations

      • Be responsible for strategic mid and long-term issues as it relates to service costs, budget management.

      • Develop Skills and Capabilities in the team to deliver best in class customer experience.

      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

      • High School diploma or GED required with 10+ years of sales/Service experience in the Institutional market (or bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of sales/Service experience in the Institutional market)

      • 2+ years of experience analyzing sales data through the use of MS Office Suite

      • 2+ years of experience managing a sales/Service team.

      • Possess a valid US Driver’s License with a good driving record and the ability to drive for extended periods.

      • Physical Requirements: lifting objects up to 35lbs and executing precise work with hands in limited spaces.

      • Hands on to collaborate in the field as required.

      • Managing a territory activity with sales driven approach

      • Managing and motivating sale reps to achieve growth goals.

      • Experience selling or servicing to and/or working in Hospitality/Food Service sectors.

      • Strong Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Building Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence in Service Achievement

      • Technical Skills: knowledge (concepts) of Electricity, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Chemistry, Electronic

      • Analytics, troubleshooting skills.

      • Professional attitude and be self-motivated.

      • Learning on the Fly.

      SALARY & BENEFITS:

      The current pay range for this position is $92,000 - $115,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon, but may not be limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and applicable laws. For 2024, this position is eligible for a bonus target of 15% in accordance with the bonus plan.
