What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Chief Engineers to resolve critical system challenges
- Lead team huddles to align priorities and empower engineering professionals
- Review performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvements
- Meet with client stakeholders to present innovative engineering solutions
- Conduct site inspections to evaluate system performance and compliance standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Engineering or technical degree with comprehensive building systems expertise
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing complex building environments
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams for at least 5 years
- Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems and data analysis
- Familiarity with OSHA and relevant regulatory requirements
