      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide field access support services and education to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to maximize patient access to products
      - Communicate with Specialty Pharmacies, Closed Door Pharmacies, and HUB partners to support marketed products
      - Train HCPs on payer-specific coverage policies, documentation requirements, and patient financial assistance programs
      - Introduce technology solutions for electronic Patient Access submissions and assist with coverage issues
      - Monitor pharmacy distribution network integrity and propose strategies for workflow improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree in a related field AND 6+ years of pharma/biotech commercial experience, with 2+ years in specialty pharmacy/market access
      - Strong understanding of specialty pharmacies, managed care, and pharmacy benefit managers
      - Excellent knowledge of patient support programs and prescription adjudication processes
      - Ability to communicate payer coverage criteria and prior authorization processes
      - Willingness to travel overnight up to 60% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree or MBA preferred AND 4+ years of related experience
      - PharmD or PhD with 2+ years of related experience
      - Previous experience in sales, management, or marketing within pharma/biotech
      - Familiarity with current issues in the pharmaceutical industry and national healthcare system
      - Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
