      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide field access support services and education to healthcare professionals to maximize patient access to company products
      - Communicate with specialty and closed-door pharmacies to support marketed products in the U.S.
      - Build and uphold the integrity of the pharmacy distribution network through vetting activities
      - Train healthcare professionals on payer-specific coverage policies and patient financial assistance programs
      - Monitor processes and propose new strategies related to workflow and specialty distribution efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree in a related field AND 6+ years of pharma/biotech commercial experience, with 2+ years in specialty pharmacy/market access
      - Strong understanding of specialty pharmacies, managed care, and pharmacy benefit managers
      - Excellent knowledge of patient support programs, reimbursement support, and adherence programs
      - Ability to communicate payer coverage criteria and prior authorization processes
      - Willingness to travel overnight up to 60%

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree or MBA preferred AND 4+ years of related experience
      - PharmD or PhD with 2+ years of related experience
      - Previous experience in sales, management, marketing, or managed markets within pharma/biotech
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
      - Excellent analytical thinking and interpersonal skills
