      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide field access support services and education to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to maximize patient access to company products
      - Communicate with Specialty Pharmacies (SPs), Closed Door Pharmacies (CDPs), and Patient-Physician Services (HUB partner) to support marketed products
      - Train and educate HCPs on payer-specific coverage policies, documentation requirements, and patient financial assistance programs
      - Resolve coverage problems for written prescriptions and support case resolution processes
      - Monitor and maintain the integrity of the pharmacy distribution network through vetting and communication of approval or denial

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree in a related field AND 6+ years of pharma/biotech commercial experience, with 2+ years in specialty pharmacy/market access
      - Strong understanding of specialty pharmacies, managed care, pharmacy benefit managers, and government payers
      - Excellent working knowledge of patient support programs and the prescription adjudication process
      - Ability to travel overnight up to 60%
      - Proven skills in communication, problem-solving, and project management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree or MBA preferred AND 4+ years of related experience
      - PharmD or PhD AND 2+ years of related experience
      - Previous experience in sales, management, marketing, or managed markets in pharma/biotech
      - Familiarity with current issues in the pharmaceutical industry and national healthcare system
      - Experience leading cross-functional teams and improving tools and processes
