- Prioritize market‑segment objectives in a fast‑paced environment, applying advanced knowledge of the healthcare industry and trends to guide analysis, planning, and decision‑making
- Design and implement strategies that strengthen client relationships by deeply understanding needs, establishing trust, and actively engaging internal and external partners
- Coach and lead high‑performing teams while developing the overall account‑management strategy focused on client retention, growth, upsell, cross‑sell, talent development, and continuous service improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent employee‑benefits experience; minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience
- Life & Health Insurance State License required, along with carrier‑specific and Marketplace certifications
- Advanced knowledge of health and welfare plans (HMO, PPO, CDHP), funding methods (fully insured, self‑funded, level‑funded, captives), ancillary coverages (life, disability, dental, vision, worksite), and regulatory requirements (ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, 5500s, Health Care Reform)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThis job is fully remote with a Mid-Atlantic focus (MD, DE, VA, PA). Must be located in Eastern/Central time zones.

Salary range is $155K to 190K per year.
