What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct property operations to achieve strategic and budget objectives
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage property personnel
- Ensure accurate reporting through property management software
- Conduct virtual and/or in-person site visits for each property monthly
- Develop and execute marketing plans for all properties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of multi-site property management experience, including on-site decision-making and management
- Section 42 experience required for affordable portfolios
- Strong skills in language, math, and reasoning
- Proficient in MS Office and property management software (e.g., Yardi)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple sites
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Four-year degree from an accredited college
- HCCP designation preferred
- Experience in managing investor reporting needs
- Ability to effectively present to groups of people including employees, vendors, and the general public
- Ongoing professional development in fair housing, Section 42, and leasing classes
