      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and manage the performance and profitability of a portfolio of properties
      - Collaborate with community managers to ensure operational and financial goals are met
      - Prepare and present regular reports on property performance and financial metrics
      - Implement tenant retention programs and develop effective marketing strategies
      - Conduct market research to identify opportunities for property improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business, Real Estate, or related fields
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a leadership role managing diverse properties
      - Proficiency in property management software (preferably Yardi and/or Real Page)
      - Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
      - In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Real Estate license required in specific markets, otherwise preferred
      - Industry certifications (e.g. CPM, CAPS, CAM, etc.) preferred
      - Excellent communication and team management skills
      - Ability to create and manage stakeholder relationships
