What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage the overall performance and profitability of a portfolio of properties
- Develop and implement effective property management strategies to ensure high tenant satisfaction
- Collaborate with property management teams and regional support services to enhance asset performance
- Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, financial metrics, and market trends
- Ensure properties comply with all relevant codes, laws, and regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a leadership role managing diverse properties
- Proficiency in property management software (preferably Yardi and/or Real Page)
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Real Estate license required in specific markets, otherwise preferred
- Industry certifications (e.g., CPM, CAPS, CAM, etc.) are also preferred
- Exceptional communication and team management skills
