      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit students from assigned regions or target audiences to achieve enrollment goals
      - Analyze market data to develop successful recruiting strategies
      - Maintain consistent communication with prospective students and their families
      - Coordinate and assist in special recruiting events, including school visits and community outreach
      - Complete productivity and expense reports in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a professing Christian and support the Christian mission of the employer
      - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (ACU graduate highly preferred)
      - Must reside in the assigned market or region
      - Strong communication and presentation skills
      - Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a sales or recruiting role
      - Familiarity with customer relationship management systems
      - Strong customer service skills
      - Experience in higher education or related fields
      - Ability to work well under pressure and handle high-volume demands
