      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute recruiting strategies to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates

      - Analyze recruiting measures and provide recommendations to meet hiring targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent GED
      - Proven experience in creating and executing strategies to achieve hiring goals
      - Energetic and driven personality with strong multitasking abilities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and technology solutions
      - Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and reliable vehicle for travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Three to five years of related experience in recruiting within a fast-paced environment
