      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Attend college fairs, parent-led events, and create admissions and recruitment events to connect with prospective students and families
      - Share information about the college, including academic programs, campus life, and student services
      - Schedule in-person and virtual recruitment at high schools, college fairs, and portfolio review events
      - Establish relationships with regional high schools and community colleges to enhance recruitment efforts
      - Conduct presentations and information sessions to groups of students, parents, and educators

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree, preferably a BFA
      - Must be able to work evenings and weekends during the recruitment cycle
      - Active U.S. Driver's License
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Interest and commitment to the goals of higher education in the arts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in teaching, sales, marketing, and/or college admissions
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms
