- Execute the recruitment process to attain high quality talent through sourcing, screening, and a competency-based interview process
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, including collaborating to understand business needs and job requirements
- Analyze recruitment resources and advise hiring managers on events, advertising, costs, resources, etc. that will be most effective
- Engage active and passive candidates through recruitment campaigns within a variety of sources, including social media, networking, referrals, job boards, job fairs, and community resources
- Educate managers on recruitment-related concepts, systems and processes and procedures through ongoing training and individual interaction
- Provide specific deliverables such as weekly reports regarding strategy, results, and relevant metrics for the region
- Ensure recruiting activities follow all processes and procedures outlined by company policies and Federal, State, and Local employment law
- Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, or commensurate experience
- 2 - 3 years of HR/recruiting experience, to include some experience in a corporate recruiting or agency/search firm role
- Healthcare recruiting and sourcing experience preferred
- Experience in a multi-unit national organization with a diverse workforce of exempt and non-exempt team members preferred.
- Proven experience establishing networking relationships and a track record of excellent customer satisfaction required
- Demonstrated full life-cycle recruiting skills with the ability to utilize sourcing and screening techniques to identify high quality candidates
- Ability to work independently and be part of a team environment while developing strong professional relationships with peers, managers, executives and cross-functional teams

Job Description
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually. The schedule is full-time Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. This is a hybrid position; remote work is permitted.
