What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source and recruit clinical per diem staff for HCA and non-HCA facilities across the assigned territory
- Manage the recruitment process for per diem openings, including identifying, screening, and submitting candidates
- Utilize effective interviewing techniques to ensure candidates are a good fit for the positions
- Maintain communication with applicants and provide ongoing status updates to facilities regarding open job orders
- Enter and manage applicant information in the applicant tracking system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; 2-year Associate Degree preferred
- 1-3 years of sales/production recruitment experience required, preferably with a healthcare staffing company
- Proven track record of success in a sales/production recruiting environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel
