- Build real relationships: Meet regularly with clients and their employees, listen to their needs, and become their go-to person for all things health and benefits.
- Be the connector: Gather insights from clients and employees, help solve tricky cases, and make sure everyone’s voice is heard.
- Team up for success: Work closely with our Client Managers and Executives to deliver top-notch service.
- Share what matters: Give engaging presentations—both online and in-person—about our plans and any relevant updates.
- Represent and advocate: Stand up for our clients’ interests with local providers and our Network team, making sure their needs are met.
- Spot what’s important: Flag sensitive cases to our expert teams in Madrid, Antwerp, and Nairobi.
- Become the local expert: With your network and on-the-ground presence, you’ll know Austria inside out.
- You’ve got a master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- You’ve spent at least 2–3 years in a client-facing role.
- You know Austria well—maybe you’ve lived here for a while, or you’re just passionate about the local scene.
- Medical know-how and a curiosity about health trends are a big plus.
- You’re fluent in German and English (other languages are a bonus!).
- You’re a natural problem-solver, sociable, and professional.
- Communication is your superpower—you can share ideas clearly and diplomatically.
- You shine when presenting, even to big groups.
- Teamwork energizes you.
