      About The Role

      As our Regional Representative in Vienna, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted partner for organizations across the city. You’ll get to:

      • Build real relationships: Meet regularly with clients and their employees, listen to their needs, and become their go-to person for all things health and benefits.
      • Be the connector: Gather insights from clients and employees, help solve tricky cases, and make sure everyone’s voice is heard.
      • Team up for success: Work closely with our Client Managers and Executives to deliver top-notch service.
      • Share what matters: Give engaging presentations—both online and in-person—about our plans and any relevant updates.
      • Represent and advocate: Stand up for our clients’ interests with local providers and our Network team, making sure their needs are met.
      • Spot what’s important: Flag sensitive cases to our expert teams in Madrid, Antwerp, and Nairobi.
      • Become the local expert: With your network and on-the-ground presence, you’ll know Austria inside out.

      This is a full-time role where you’ll make a real impact every day.

      Who Thrives Here?

      • You’ve got a master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
      • You’ve spent at least 2–3 years in a client-facing role.
      • You know Austria well—maybe you’ve lived here for a while, or you’re just passionate about the local scene.
      • Medical know-how and a curiosity about health trends are a big plus.
      • You’re fluent in German and English (other languages are a bonus!).
      • You’re a natural problem-solver, sociable, and professional.
      • Communication is your superpower—you can share ideas clearly and diplomatically.
      • You shine when presenting, even to big groups.
      • Teamwork energizes you.
