      Regional Rewards Lead
      Location: Plainsboro, NJ
      Place of Work: Hybrid

      The Regional Rewards Lead is responsible for developing and executing a competitive compensation strategy and comprehensive total rewards programs aligned with business objectives. This role conducts market analysis, executive compensation, manages benefits administration, ensures compliance, and utilizes data-driven insights to enhance employee engagement and retention across the region. This role will also create ways to ease local mobility transfers into USA.

      • Mergers and Acquisitions
      • Local Mobility

      This position is part of the Hybrid Working model, where you will spend 2 days/week in the Plainsboro office and the balance of the work week in a home office that is commutable to Plainsboro.

      You bring
      • Minimum 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, ideally in a global or regional role in mid – large size companies
      • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
      • Experience in Executive comp plans ,including short term and long term incentive plans, as well as deferred compensation and familiarity with retirement and pension plans
      • Experience in compensation, benefits, work life balance programs, regional mobility programs, and reward and recognition programs
      • Excellent understanding of compensation and benefits design, benchmarking, and market analysis.
      • People management experience needed, with strong leadership skills
      • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
